Refunds are granted for any products that are supplied in faulty or defective condition. Please note that handmade clay brick slips are truly handmade and unique which means that they have natural variation in colour, texture, hues and dimensions. These are not considered faults.
Our stone cladding products also show variation in size, texture and dimension across the range which is an essential part of them appearing natural. These variations are not considered to be faults or defects.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check for suitability of any required colour match before ordering. Samples are available upon request.
